Initial Assessment over Zoom

A first time appointment should be booked for 2 hours to allow time to assess and offer movement solutions and homework. This assessment will be done through the assistance of Zoom. Please wear snug-fitting clothing so that I can see your form as well as possible on camera and have a space where I can see you both standing and lying down.
