This is a 50 minute drop-in, Restore Your Core® inspired class that will teach you how to use your core better whether you are working out or going about your daily tasks. This will be a diastasis and prolapse friendly class that will challenge you and also leave you with the energy to carry on with your day. If you are postpartum (which is literally forever after you give birth) or have experienced core or pelvic trauma, this class is suited to you. If you just want to learn to use your core better in general, this class is also suited for you. I've literally never met anyone who doesn't benefit from this sort of work. The class will be a little different each week as we explore together and I will try to tailor it to the specific needs of the people in the class.
