Return to Impact


Learn with Kathy over Zoom for 60 minutes per week for 6 weeks

Every Wednesday, 10AM EST April 6-May 11.

  • Practice new techniques and movements each week.
  • Learn how to observe your own movements and patterns
  • Learn self-massage and exercises to create the best workout plan for you to safely return to impact sports
  • Improve performance in sport and day-to-day life
  • Gain tools to apply for years to come

If you are dealing with pelvic organ prolapse symptoms, stress incontinence, hip pain, knee pain, diastasis recti, or any common core or pelvic issue and want to return to running or another impact sport, this class will help you create a workout that is both progressive and protective while overcoming fear and frustration. We will address the mental roadblocks as well as physical hurdles that face athletes who want to return to their sport but have core and pelvic concerns.

Live class will be weekly. The recordings will be available for 6 weeks following the class. Presence in the live class is not necessary but interacting with the material is. Kathy will be available for questions throughout duration of the class and following 6 weeks.
