Please wear snug-fitting clothing so that I can see your form as well as possible on camera and have a space where I can see you both standing and lying down. Meet with me virtually through Zoom and receive instruction customized just for you and homework to work on between sessions. Can only be booked following an assessment appointment. Please wear snug-fitting clothing so that I can see your form as well as possible on camera and have a space where I can see you both standing and lying down. Want a core that is more functional and reflexive? Wanna move better and have better sex? Bring your yoga mat, block, yoga strap and blanket or folded towel and lets get moving!

Have a friend or two you'd like to train with? Sign up together and you can motivate and encourage each other while I provide instruction. It's like happy hour, and you get some healthy movement out of the deal!
